Chesapeake City Park

Chesapeake City Park is located in the heart of Greenbrier, just minutes from Norfolk and Virginia Beach. This 90-acre tree-lined park is a popular destination for residents and visitors alike. The park is home to Chesapeake’s major festivals and events including the Chesapeake Arts Festival, Chesapeake Jubilee, Celebrate Freedom Concert and Fireworks, Symphony Under the Stars, the Chesapeake Wine Festival and more.

The park features a variety of amenities, including a ¾ mile walking trail and outdoor fitness area, playgrounds, a dog park, and the 9/11 and Gold Star Families Memorial monuments. Shelters are available for rent for those special celebrations, family, and corporate gatherings.
