Officer Timothy Schock Memorial Lake makes up about half of the park's 130 acres. Most of the park's remainder is composed of forest that includes dense growth pines, maples, and tulip poplars. The sizable lake and mixed woodland provides an attractive habitat for dragonflies, butterflies, and songbirds. A 1.5 mile multi-use and ADA-accessible trail circles the perimeter of the 65-acre lake.
