Season Opening Celebration at Hickory Ridge Farm

Come on spring! Season Opening Celebration is April 1st and 2nd, 10am – 2pm. Hayrides (2 and under free) $5.00, pony rides $7.50, barrel train ride $5.00, face painter, free play area with farm animals, play houses, sand piles and picnic tables. DJ will be playing music in the play area and THE Farm's Coffee Truck offering freshly ground coffee, espresso, lattes, smoothies, cold brew and hot chocolate.

Family friendly priced Food Trucks both days 10am – 2pm:
Saturday – Pard ‘N’ Tha Smoke BBq (oh the brisket), K&S Hot Dogs, and Nana and Papa’s Soups and Stews (the best She Crab soup).
Sunday – Pard ‘N’ Tha Smoke BBq, Skippy SnoBalls (and Dippin Dots ice cream), K&S Hot Dogs, and Nana and Papa’s Soups and Stews.

Our fully stocked farm stand will be open 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with over 15 locally owned small businesses offering local honey, free range fresh eggs, local hot sauce, jams and salsa, baked goods, kettle corn, local coffee, natural and goats milk bath products, freshly made small batch soups, stews and cobblers, and of course regional and locally grown produce. Produce Grab Bags will be available for $24.60.

We will have strawberries for picking, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Sweet Charlies are the BEST berries for an early variety and we are looking like we will have a huge yield.
Strawberry Pricing: $3.69 a pound for Pick Your Own. We have buckets for sale, $1.50 Or bring your own.
We have some pre-picked strawberries every day but feel free to text and check availability in the early season.
