Youth (ages 5 - 12) can learn about plants, their different parts, and how they grow! Venture into the forest as we talk about the different plants we see. Then, cool down with a water game and finish the day planting your own seeds.

This is an outdoor program. Please dress your child appropriately for the weather. Water, sunscreen, bug-spray, and layers are strongly recommended.

Online registration will open May 1, 6:00 AM prior to workshop. You can register online or you can register in person at the Chesapeake Visitor Center located at 1224 Progressive Drive, Chesapeake, VA 23320.
