Come find your pace as our group meets weekly to run the region's tallest bridge! Whether you're just getting off the couch or training for a timed race, the gentle 5% grade of this paved path will take your workout to a whole new level. Our group meets weekly year-round and is open to all fitness levels and paces. Strollers and leashed pets also are welcomed. Attendees are encouraged to meet at Elizabeth River Park and find the group to get started.
