Join us as the City hosts a “Meet and Greet” to honor Chesapeake native, Grant Holloway, who earned a gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics. This is the second Olympic medal for Grant as he also won a silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021. Show support for this hometown hero and give him a “Welcome Back to Chesapeake” from his community. Mayor Rick West will present Grant with a special gift to honor his accomplishments and for representing Chesapeake. Photo opportunities and signed autographs will be available.
