Northwest River Park & Campground

Northwest River Park in Chesapeake, Va., is a great place for people who love the outdoors. This 763-acre park has natural beauty and leisure activities that keep people coming back for more. It is designated as part of the Virginia Birding and Wildlife Trail by the Department of Game and Inland Fisheries and offers year round-birding. Its seven trail systems total nearly eight miles and a 40-acre lake allows for paddling, camping, and fishing.
