Support Services

Chesapeake Conventions and Tourism (CCT) provides an array of support services to help you make your next event or meeting a smashing success.

  • To help you find the perfect venue, we offer customized site tours of our hotels, attractions and Convention Center. We'll assist you in obtaining available dates, rates, facilities, menus and other relevant information, which can be presented in a bid or proposal format.
  • No detail is too small. We'll channel Martha Stewart and help you customize your offsite event to fit your unique convention, group, event or family gathering.
  • Get fired up! CCT offers assistance in attendance-building materials to pump up the volume and create excitement around your Chesapeake event.
  • Need a caterer but not sure who to call? We provide an all-encompassing vendor services directory with helpful tips to ensure a successful event.
  • Not from around here? No problem! We'll provide complimentary visitors' guides, maps, and brochures so each group member is organized and prepared to explore!
  • Consider yourself at home with our housing and transportation coordination assistance for large groups.
  • Southern Hospitality. CCT will roll out the red carpet for your group with an official greeting from our mayor, an on-site welcome table and registration assistance and visitor information to qualifying groups. We'll even coordinate assistance for city services, such as police and traffic engineering, for special events.
