**Please note the Fishing and Crabbing Pier will be closed for refurbishment and maintenance beginning December 16, 2015 and is expected to remain closed through the end of March 2016.
The Elizabeth River Park, located on the Southern Branch of the Elizabeth River, has one of the most active boat ramps in the Hampton Roads area. Boaters are able to enjoy easy access to the Elizabeth River. For more information about Elizabeth River Park, click here.
Adjacent to the park is the newly completed South Norfolk Jordan Bridge. This bridge is truly an engineering marvel, spanning the distance between Chesapeake and Portsmouth at a maximum height of 160 feet that allows for huge ships to pass under it. It creates the perfect backdrop for weddings and special events.
